Our website is hosted by:

STRATO processes the following data automatically:

A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with STRATO.

5. SSL/TLS Encryption

This website uses SSL/TLS encryption to protect data transmitted to us from unauthorized access.

6. Contact Form (WPForms)

When you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process:

  • name
  • email address
  • phone number (optional)
  • content of your message

Legal basis:

  • Art. 6 (1) b GDPR (contract initiation)
  • Art. 6 (1) f GDPR (legitimate interest in communication)

WPForms does not store data externally; all form data is processed exclusively on our server.

Data will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent.

7. Cookies

We only use technically necessary cookies, such as:

  • pll_language (Polylang) – stores the selected language

These cookies are required for the proper functioning of the website and do not require consent.

We do not use analytics, marketing or tracking cookies.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) f GDPR (legitimate interest / technical necessity).

8. No Tracking Tools

We do not use:

  • Google Analytics
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Facebook Pixel
  • Matomo
  • Hotjar
  • Jetpack Stats

No user profiles are created, and no usage analysis takes place.

9. Google Fonts

We do not load Google Fonts from Google servers.
All fonts used on this website are hosted locally, preventing any data transmission to Google.

10. Polylang (Multilingual Functionality)

We use the WordPress plugin Polylang to provide multilingual content.

Polylang:

  • sets a technically necessary cookie (pll_language)
  • does not process personal data
  • does not transfer data to third parties

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) f GDPR.

11. WordPress, Astra & Spectra

Our website uses:

  • WordPress (CMS)
  • Astra Theme
  • Spectra / Spectra Pro (block builder)

These systems may process technically necessary data such as:

  • browser–server communication
  • security checks
  • temporary system/cache data

No transfer of personal data to external service providers takes place.

12. Server Log Files

The hosting provider STRATO automatically collects server log files, including:

  • anonymised IP address
  • browser type & version
  • operating system
  • visited pages
  • date and time
  • referrer URL

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) f GDPR (IT security).

These log files are not combined with other data sources.

13. Storage Period

Personal data is stored:

  • only as long as necessary for the intended purpose,
  • contact enquiries: until final processing,
  • documents subject to statutory retention: up to 10 years.

14. Disclosure of Data

Data is only disclosed:

  • with your explicit consent (Art. 6 (1) a GDPR),
  • to fulfil contractual obligations (Art. 6 (1) b GDPR),
  • due to legal requirements (Art. 6 (1) c GDPR),
  • or based on legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) f GDPR).

There is no transfer of data for advertising, analytics or profiling purposes.
